If you're a fan of puzzle games, you'll no doubt have been slightly addicted at some point to the shape-fitting action of a certain Russian game from the 80s.
Touchtris is a completely free version for your Pocket PC. Starting off at a relaxed pace, fit falling shapes together by rotating them for the best fit. After a certain time, you'll reach level two, which speeds things up, and then to level three which is even faster. The concept is tried and tested, and Touchtris does nothing wrong.
The graphics are bright and clear, and the controls are really simple. You can move the shapes around the screen using the touchscreen, and rotate them with a key. It's extremely intuitive. Unfortunately, it has no sound effects, though this has never been a reason to play this type of game. As you reach level three or four, it starts to get quite intense, and can be equal parts addictive and frustrating!
There is little to complain about here, and nothing new to freshen up the idea.
